Hendricks Methodist Day School

Stuffed Animals Drive for Project S.A.F.E.

December 12th, 2002

Cammie visited Hendricks Methodist Day School to support its Sixth Graders.  These students had a stuffed animals drive for the "Stuffed Animals For Emergencies" Project and collected over 200 stuffed toys!

Thanks to Ms. McKay for setting up such a wonderful project for the classes, the Fire & Rescue Department came to the school to receive the stuffed animals, for them to give to children caught in traumatic situations that they may come encounter with when they go on call.  The students enjoyed checking out the fire and rescue vehicles.

(This is a little slide show, it may take a moment to download.)

The Pearce Family in GA donated many stuffed animals in February 2004.  Some of their toys may even make it to children in IRAQ!

Thank you Environmental Services for having a stuffed animals drive at your workplace.   They donated 156 stuffed animals on 11/1/02!

On 11/7/02, Ms. US Continental visits with the Guardian Ad Litem Program.  This program is a recipient of stuffed animals from Project S.A.F.E.

In Dec. 2002, Dave, Jen, & Olivia

in Shrewsbery, MA pack up

their stuffed animals to donate

to Project SAFE!

On 12/10/03, Cammie picked up lots of stuffed animals at Webster University, thanks to Dr. Pat Sager, Ellen M. Windhauser and everyone there!
