The Ms. & Teen US Continental pageant started with a fabulous opening number, "Die Another Day," Madonna's hit from the James Bond movie.   Spies (outgoing titleholders, Cammie & Rebecca) repelled down ropes to start off the number, the contestants rose from the orchestra pits with their flashlights, and dancers from the Sullivan Theatre of Dance helped to round out the production!
