On June 9th, 2002, a "Good Luck Reception" was held for the Jacksonville and North Florida area "Miss" Titleholders going to the Miss Florida or the Miss Florida USA Pageants. It was held at Windsor Parke and was hosted by Barbara Whitehead, Exec. Dir. of the Baymeadows / Mandarin / Atlantic Coast Pageants. Thanks Barbara!
