Ruth Sidbury, has been an Outstanding Executive Director of the Miss Jacksonville Pageant for 16 years, and now she has a plaque that officially says so!  The pageant's Board of Directors, past titleholders, and other volunteers recently presented her a plaque in appreciation for all she has done.  Ruth Sidbury is responsible for the high quality pageant organization that the Miss Jacksonville Pageant has become over the years.
